The Autism Society of Greater Phoenix, along with our partners at DES, have had the great opportunity to host 4 Autism Job Fairs in the Phoenix area over the last three years. Hundreds of teens and young adults had the opportunity to speak with employers willing and excited to hire them. We hope to continue to host one Autism Job Fair each year.

Sensory friendly job fair for job seekers with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Hiring employers will be split into several rooms to eliminate noise and crowds. Educational workshops are available before and during the event.
Registration is required for the following time slots 10 – 11 AM, 11 AM – 12 PM, and 12 – 1 PM.
9:30 am – 12:00 pm Registration
9:00 am – 9:45 am Employer Workshop: This workshop an opportunity for
employers to learn about employing adults with ASD and typical accommodations
to help them be successful in the workplace.
9:30 am; 10:30 am; 11:30 am Job Seeker Workshops: These 30-minute
workshops are designed to educate adult job seekers with ASD and their
parents/job coaches about the job fair, how to find a job, and keep a job.
Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not required.
10:00 am – 1:00 pm Job fair: Adults with ASD (and their parent/job coach if
desired) meet with prospective employers and provider agencies individually.
