Autism Society Conference Exhibitor Registration
This is our 17th Annual Autism Society of Greater Phoenix Conference and we are excited to welcome exhibitors to register for this fantastic event on October 7th and 8th.
Please join us for this spectacular community event. We are expecting over 200 people to attend this event and it will be an important opportunity for your group to spread the word about the work you are doing and the products and services you have available. The exhibitor area will be adjacent to the main conference area in the atrium and on the other patio off of the Atrium. The exhibitor area is a high traffic area with high visibility so that everyone who attends the conference will have the opportunity to view all of the exhibitors. Booths are given out on a first come first serve basis. Limited booths available, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. You must supply your own booth and table cloth but we will supply two chairs for each table. We do not handle freight. This is an outside location.
We have an added incentive this year to ensure that all conference attendee’s visit the exhibitor area. Each attendee will be given an exhibitor map to bring to each table and after you have shared your information, you will stamp the map. All conference attendee’s who obtain every vendor stamp will be entered into a raffle. To participate in this event, exhibitors will have to ensure that their table is manned at all times and provide their own stamp.
In addition, this year Autism Society of Greater Phoenix is giving each exhibitor two free passes to attend the conference. To be eligible, exhibitors must submit the names of the representatives one week in advance of the conference.
The cost for exhibitors is $250 unless you are a sponsor organization. If you are a sponsor organization there is a discount code based on your sponsorship level. Exhibitors and their logos can be included in our syllabus by participating in the Platinum Marketing Package for an additional $250. This includes a Half page in our syllabus with your logo.
